Short Answer: THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT VALUE THE BLACK DOLLAR. Go somewhere else that sees you as a individual versus the color of your skin and a stereotype. Long Answer: I have been coming here faithfully for at least five years. Off and on for 10 years. When I find a nail tech I prefer, I book appointments only with them. I have never had a problem, Coco and Mimi know me, provide my service and I tip well. I had an incident with Trish in October 2021, (nail art). I felt mistreated, unheard and that she did not want to service me. I spoke to the management and they said they would address her. In March 2022, I made an appointment with Mimi due to my nail polish chipping within 3 days of my service. This was uncharacteristic service, I mean it NEVER happens. So I walk in, sit in the chair. Mimi comes out and tells me they do not guarantee regular polish that only Shellac. I say ok, no one said anything to me. She said she would do it this time but never again. I say ok, did I do something wrong? She was visibly upset and she began to express her anger to her coworkers in her language. I could tell she was discussing me. When she was done, I asked her does she receive the tips I leave. She said yes. I then ask her why was she treating me in such a horrible way? I mean I felt her anger! I didn’t know the policy, I did not come in fussing or pitching a fit. She said she wouldn’t have had to do the service if her manager was in. I told her if they would have asked me to pay, I would’ve. No one said anything to me either way. And then I said Mimi, I’m your customer, I only come to you. Why are you treating me so horribly? How do you know that I wouldn’t tip after the repair. She said “don’t say that to me”. She treated me like an unknown ignorant person off the street. I then remembered how I felt with Trish. I felt like she was racist, but I had never experienced it here before. I knew it was mistreatment and felt I was treated unfairly. But racism? In the end these women felt they could say whatever they wanted to me. They had no fear or regard to customer service or a long time client. They were waiting on me become disagreeable and would write it off because I am black. My conclusion is, it was easy for them to disregard me for they uphold the premise management feels about black clientele. It sucks, because now I have to find a new nail shop! I refused to pay to be mistreated. I pay for this service at least twice per month. I have sent several referrals. I am a person. I am valuable and My money is GREEN!!!

This is the best pedicure I've ever had. I went for my birthday with my mom. They are super friendly and very talented. Wonderfully relaxing. Highly recommended. Will be going back!

The best place to get your hair cut and styled. All their staff are friendly and attentive to your wants and give great suggestions if you wish to see a different opinion. I've been using them for years and don't plan on changing that any time soon, my go to has always been Jocelyn as her bright demeanor and fun conversations make for a great time.
